These terms cover your use of TheEdge (theedgeprops.com and the TheEdge apps), run by ZBN×NEXUS ("we", "us"). By using TheEdge you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
TheEdge publishes model-based projections, player-prop picks, a public record of how those picks did, and fantasy sports tools. It is an information and entertainment service. We are not a sportsbook, a fantasy contest operator or a payment service. We don't accept wagers or entry fees, hold funds or pay out prizes.
Projections and picks are predictions about uncertain events, and they lose regularly. Past results, including our published record and any backtest, don't guarantee future results. Nothing on TheEdge is financial, legal or professional advice. Decide for yourself, and only play with money you can afford to lose.
You must be at least 18. Some places require you to be 21 to play pick'em or fantasy contests, and some don't allow them at all. Following the laws and the contest rules that apply to you is your responsibility. Don't use TheEdge where doing so is against the law.
TheEdge mentions apps and leagues such as PrizePicks, Underdog, Sleeper, Dabble, ParlayPlay, ESPN, the NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL. Those names belong to their owners. TheEdge isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Lines and availability on those apps change constantly, so always check the app itself before you play.
TheEdge creates an account tied to your device. You can save it with a passkey and link other devices with a one-time code. Keep your devices secure; anyone holding a linked device can see your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Sharing individual picks with friends or followers, including with the app's share buttons, is fine and encouraged.
During launch, every feature may be free. If we introduce paid plans, the price and what's included will be shown before you buy, and you'll be able to cancel future renewals. Purchases made through Apple or Google follow their refund rules.
TheEdge's projections, text, design and software belong to us. Sports results and statistics are facts that belong to no one; logos and player images belong to their owners.
We may add, change or remove features at any time. Data sources sometimes fail or arrive late, so some picks, lines or results may be missing or wrong. We'll fix problems when we find them, but TheEdge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using TheEdge, including money lost on any contest, wager or entry you choose to make, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (or $0 if you paid nothing).

If we change these terms we'll update the date above, and big changes will be announced in the app. Using TheEdge after a change means you accept the new terms.
